I was completely terrified of flying. This was limiting my ability to travel to other countries on holiday with my husband and kids. I didn't go on holiday abroad for 12yrs and over that time my fear got worse. I decided to force myself to fly for the sake of my family but was paralysed with terror during each flight. I would openly cry whilst gripping my husbands arm. It was not enjoyable for any of us. Mook has helped me to change this. I went for hypnotherapy and didnt realise that it was about to change my life. I went on a flight soon after my session. I got on the plane and held onto my husband's arm preparing for the terror. The terror did not come. I opened my eyes and realised that I was perfectly calm and I actually felt completely relaxed. I was so surprised and so was my husband. He said "I can't believe it. Who am I travelling with?" Ha! My life has changed so much that I am now planning to achieve my lifelong dream of flying to America to visit the Kennedy Space Centre next year. During my last flight there was the worst turbulence I had ever experienced and it appeared that I was the calmest person on the flight!PB
Having suffered from extreme anxiety for a number of years and looking for an alternative to medication I decided to try hypnotherapy after hearing how it had helped a friend. It’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. I saw Mook for a smoking hypnotherapy session and it changed my life for the better. He asked me to think of the reasons why I wanted to quit smoking and these was for my health, children and bank balance. I felt extremely relaxed despite having doubts as I am normally on the go 24/7 and don’t get to sit and relax much! He made the session so chilled and I was soon in a state of relaxation and focused in on what Mook was saying. I had no idea how the subconscious worked but now I fully understand as it was explained very well. During the session he spoke about how smoking affects my everyday life and made me look at the future and the effects smoking can have in the long term. I am proud to say I am now a non smoker. I don’t focus my day on when I can have my next nicotine hit, I’m not late leaving the house because I need to have a cigarette before I leave, my clothes and hair don’t smell anymore and my bank account looks good because I am not selfishly spending £10 on a pack of cigarettes every few days. I was able to buy my children great Christmas presents because of the money I saved and for this I will be eternally grateful.SM
