Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic method where you are led into a calm, stable, relaxed state (that we sometimes refer to as a ‘trance’) in order to work with the subconscious to change patterns of thinking and behaviour. We do that work together through suggestion.
The trance state is a perfectly normal state that we probably enter at some point every day.
